TY1x120III Hydraulic Tensioner This machine is a small and efficient electric construction machine with high overall performance parts configuration, large power reserve, fast pay-off speed, and wide range of uses. Mainly used for spreading various wires, optical cables and traction ropes. It can meet the tension of 220KV double-split LGJ-630 and below conductors in mountainous and hilly terrain; the tension of optical cables such as OPGW or AESS in various terrains; the tension of 500KV traction rope under various terrains and the reverse pulling.

Transmission System
With closed double-loop hydraulic transmission system and planet decelerator, tension wheel is driven by primary gear. With inversion, the magnitude of reverse traction force is led by exit pressure of pump. In tension condition, hydraulic motor rotation is driven by the tension wheel; the magnitude of tension is controlled by regulating the motor exit pressure.

Inspection before Operation

1. Check lubricating grease in open type gear box, if the lubricating grease is short, it shall be filled on the gear between two pulling wheels. Type of lubricating grease: general lithium base grease for automobile.

2. Check oil mass in hydraulic oil tank (taking lower limit of oil level scale as the standard), if the oil is short, it shall be filled. Oil type: 46＃low solidifying hydrodynamic drive oil.

3. Check fuel oil in fuel tank of engine, if the fuel oil is short, it shall be filled.

4. Check engine oil, if the engine oil is short, it shall be filled to prescribed oil level

5. Check cooling water in water tank of engine, if the cooling water is short, it shall be filled (special explanation: Do add anti-freezing fluid if the ambient temperature is below 5°).

6. Check whether high-pressure oil pipe joints of hydraulic pump and motor are firm.
